   She should know better, but then again, it is Chloe Sevigny and she does some wacky things just for the hell of it. That doesn’t change the fact that it looks terrible.

   The socks-and-sandals are bad, but didn’t you look at the rest of her outfit? Short slip dress with t-shirt. Obviously, she’s going for a retro-1995 kind of vibe, right?

   Oh, darling, have you not heard of FLATS? It combines the spring cuteness of sandals with the coverage factor, and it’s STILL FASHIONABLE. Please, get a clue.
